Scaled-down model of our exceptional Apollo Fragment (ref: OD998), displayed in the entrance hall of the Gallery of Antiquities at the Metropolitan Museum of New York. The original dates back to the 2nd century BC and has been classified as part of the Hellenistic period. There is no need to extol the extreme elegance and perfection of this sculpture, which remains an exemplary piece of Greek art from that era!
