Each one of these unique stockings is handcrafted by a mother and daughter team from rural Pennsylvania. They've been knitting, sewing, and making things for as long as either of them can remember. Their business, Churchtown Chapeau Co. began as a custom knit hat company, but they found their niche with their 100% wool heirloom Christmas Stockings.

They are modern styles inspired by traditional Scandinavian designs. They've sold these across the country and around the globe. They use only the finest American spun wool from a mill in Maine. You can rest assured that what you are buying was made with care, and a respect for the things we have on this earth. Each of their products are custom designed and handcrafted by just this mother and daughter. They couldn't be lovelier by the way. 

Each of these stockings were custom made for The Meanings of Things in Gold, Evergreen and Birch. There is just one of each so create a mix for a set that is uniquely your own.

Stockings measure approximately 23 x 6 inches, but can vary a small amount in size from stocking to stocking as they are all individually made.

Tucked in the toe of your stocking are care instructions and a cedar block for safe keeping.
